whole muscle is composed of muscle cells (fibers) grouped in bundles called:  fascicles

connective tissue coverings surrounding the muscle cells: I'm guessing it's either epimysium (which covers the entire muscle or multiple bundles of muscle tissue) or perimysium (which covers each individual bundle of muscle fibres or fascicles)

Good luck on Monday!
