Your physical makeup, or what you inherit from your parents, is determined by the Punnett square. Things that cannot be determined from the punnett square might be the basic makeup of a human body ( such as # eyes ears or toes) genetic mutations also cannot be determined using the Punnett square because they just happen spontaniously.
