i got small white spots on my fingers. my thumb and middle finger. I washed dishes without wearing rubber gloves. Is this the reason of this symptom? Small white spots are hurt..

This is one of two things.  This is most likely a small cyst on your finger.  A doctor would lance the cyst to remove.  The other possibility is that it is a pimple on your finger.  If the doctor lanced the lesion he/she could tell what type of lesion it was.

Sounds like a case of dermatitis related to an allergy to your dish washing liquid? Is it your first time using a particular kind? You could just be allergic and need to change brands/types
