hello,
i would like to know what is the composition of these bacteriological peptone that are sold for bacterial, yeast .. culture ?
what would be a good substitute for it for yeast culture ?
i need something that is as close as these peptone for an amateur project
what about hydrolyzed proteins ?

I did, I even looked it up. I missed it. It's just a mixture of hydrolyzed proteins. It's not a protease.
