The molecular weight of Trethylamine is 101.19

You do 1.2 x 101.19 = 121.428 grams in 1 liter or 12.1428 grams in 100 ml.
So, you would need to place 12.1428 grams of triethanolamine in a 100ml flask and Fill to the 100 ml mark with Dichlorethane.
