In someone who suffered a stroke that interfered with their ability to speak, the damage could involve what parts of the brain?

Broca's area which is in the left frontal lobe will probably be affected, as this is the area that controls speaking.  Wernicke's area which is in the left temporal lobe is another possibility, as damage to this area can cause aphasia.
