It sounds like a nerve pain to me.
Were you able to stretch without this pain before, or you always had this pain?
If it happened recently, then it could be a slight nerve damage. I'm pretty sure it will slowly get better if you don't stretch it.
Some people are less flexible than others, and sometimes it could be dangerous to overstretch your arms and legs, as it can cause nerve and/or muscle damage.

Anyways, if you are thinking about continuing stretching exercises in the future, you'd better consult a specialist.

I'm not sure but I don't think asthma can be responsible for that.

Could just be a pulled muscle. How are you feeling, it has been two weeks Slight Smile ?

What kind of pain are you feeling? Is it sharp or broad? Deep, tingly or surface pain? It sounds like the tendon at the wrist area connected to your pinky finger might be "knotted". If you touch the lower part left hand side near the wrist area, does it produce the same pain? If so, massaging that area might help relieve the tendon and tissues and nerves.

I had a similiar feeling when I had Kidney stones....and when I was constipated.
If you still have it after these 4 weeks I'd ask a professional.

Also always stretch before and after a workout Smiling Face with Open Mouth

I would just relax a bit until your appointment to make sure everything is ok!

I think its just a muscle strain. If it hurts for more than two to three weeks, make an appointment with a doctor. I don't think its a big problem though.
