Its genome contains approximately 2.4 X 108 base pairs. Eukaryotic DNA polymerases synthesize DNA at a rate of approximately 40 nucleotides per second. Approximately how many origins of replication are required for this rate or replication? (Hint: remember that replication is bi-directional.)  Enter you answer as a whole number with no units. For example, enter an answer of 15 origins of replication as 15.
