Its not a) for sure.
b) takes place by the END of 4 weeks. so that's the second month.
The bones begin to develop by the end of 8 weeks. So d) is out.
Hence that leaves c). Actually, tiny limb buds appear.

The answer is B because the other changes develop in 3 month ( mostly 3rd month)

Its definately B. The heart starts beating at approximately day 26. Can't be C since that occurs in month 2 approximately and therefore its not D. A occurs much later.

The answer is 100% definitely B.

In my child psychology class I learned that babies develop from "most important" to least important. There is a scientific term for this, I don't remember exactly. In an exam I'd get it correct.

Basically the core organs develop first and the lesser important parts develop later (e.g. extremities).

The three wrong answers involve - the extremities.
The one correct answer involves - the really important organs, and that is the correct answer.
