The patient in the ER states that she fell and hit her head and blacked out for a while, but became alert again. Suspecting an epidural hematoma, the nurse will be diligent in the assessment of:
1.   headache.
2.   increasing blood pressure.
3.   increasing respiration rate.
4.   vomiting.

This is for my medical nursing class
