So my lab is basically on which different metals act as noncompetitive inhibitors towards the enzyme catalyst. So we are using hydrogen peroxide(3%) but I was really just wondering if anyone has done this lab before. I know how to conduct the lab, but I am unsure of the measurements of zinc, calcium, sodium, and hydrogen peroxide I should use?? Like a tablespoon of zinc? or a gram? I am just very confused on the whole thing and I really need help!!!!!!

Try these protocols, they're pretty good.
