A modification that allows members to call back PMs that have not already been read by the recipient.

Thing is, when I receive personal messages, part of it gets sent to me in the email notification, so I'm not sure how effective this might be. Unless it's programmed so that it only shows this feature if the recipient has set their settings to no email notifications.
