These two questions are stumping me!  Please help and please explain if you have the time....

T cells selected on a b haplotype thymus would be able to respond to antigen presenting on which of the following haplotype antigen presenting cells?
  a. b
  b. both b and a x b
  c. a x b
  d. a
  e. all cells from a, b and a x b

 
I don't understand the process of figuring out this answer, I know it is an experiment though...Maybe a trick question?

Question 35 .The following cytokines IL-2 and IFN gamma act __________ on cells.
  a. reduntantly
  b. synergistically
  c. antagonistically


I don't understand how synergistically and antagonistically acting on cells....

For the first one, I don't get what the question mean. T cells will attack any cell if it recongnizes it as antigen.  If the cell presenting haplotype antigen that T cells have already recognized. T cell will attack it.
