What in particular do I have to look for to classify a person into a particular genotype? I have attached a picture of the results to make my question a little bit easier to understand.

Assign the ''A'' to one allel and the ''a'' to the other. In a particular sample, if you only have a band then it's AA or aa. When you have 2 bands, it's Aa. I think that the below's allel is dominant (A) and the upper recessive (a), because when you find 2 bands, the one of below is stronger
