It is false because ivory isn't used in folk medicine, it is carved into statues, jewelry, trinkets, and embellishments of every kind. It is used for decoration, not medicine. Rhino horn and other animals are used for medicines.

Think what you want but you really should do some research and find out the real reason that elephants are being poached at such an alarming rate that they may become extinct within ten years.

You're saying that ALL species of elephants are endangered? Even in places like India, where they are an important cultural figure?
