I would like to know on why I sleep better after exercise.  Without exercise, I would not sleep very well, and easy to wake up a few time in the middle of night.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions

exercise is good for sleep. Research has documented the benefits of exercise to improving sleep patterns. Exercise lifts mood and reduces stress. It can strengthen circadian rhythms, promoting daytime alertness and helping bring on sleepiness at night.

Excercise causes damage to the tissues, such as muscles tears. This is actually a good thing as it allows for these tissues to become stronger. Normally, people get a burst of energy after exercise. This is why it is recommended to do exercise a couple hours before bed. However, some people do become tired afterward. Sleep allows for the body's recover and start to heal the damage that was done, creating a stronger, healthier you.
