A. Flex the right thigh on the right hip; while at the same time flexing the right leg on the right thigh?

B. Now which muscles must come into play in order to extend the right leg on the thigh (to get the high kick)?

C. Don't forget to list the opposition muscles that must relax in each part of the above maneuvers.
