In the case of Muller v. Oregon, the Supreme Court determined that laws limiting the number of hours women could work were constitutional because
A) such laws already applied to men.
B) women should have more time with their children.
C) the Constitution clearly permitted such laws.
D) women were weaker than men.

This is for my American History course, we're using the American People textbook if that helps
