Prokaryotes are classified in a number of ways. One of the common classification schemes utilizes “modes of nutrition” to group these organisms. Prokaryotes are identified by the following nutritional types:
I. Photoautotrophs (photosynthesizers)
II. Chemoautotrophs
III. Photoheterotrophs
IV. Chemoheterotrophs

Which of the above categories uses organic compounds as both the energy source and the carbon source?

I'd probably say this one, what did you put down originally?

Same. But I don't know too much about the other options which is why I chose it.

As opposed to photoheterotrophs, which are heterotrophic organisms that use light for energy, but cannot use carbon dioxide as their sole carbon source. Consequently, they use organic compounds from the environment to satisfy their carbon requirements. They use compounds such as carbohydrates, fatty acids and alcohols as their organic "food".

Hmmm.
