Excessive calcitonin causes excessive bone formation (osteoblast).

b.   ADH:

Excessive ADH causes low blood sodium and osmolality because water is retained and blood volume is increased.

c.   . PTH

Excessive PTH causes hypercalcemia.

Growth hormone

Excessive growth hormone causes acromegaly.
