As a recent paralegal program graduate with school loans to pay, you also work at a local food market at night.  You are working on a slow Tuesday evening and instead of walking by the aisles of the store a coffee break in the back.  While you are doing so, a customer slips on a small bunch of grapes that are in one of the aisles, breaking a bone in his leg.  The injured client is also a long-time client of the law firm where you work.  Is there a conflict on interest?  How can the conflict be resolved?

Thanks so much. I'm doing a paralegal course and our teacher through these questions at us. He said he would be using them to write his test.
