A result of pressure change i.e. blood pressure I am assuming you are asking can result from a number of things going on in the body such as diameter changes in the blood vessels due to stroke volume and cardiac output... these processes can be decreased by various disease processes in the body such as atherosclerosis, arteriosclerosis, a heart attack, a stroke, stress, nutrition ,drugs, exercising. These can also be caused by nerve signals, hormone secretions and if you are sitting or lying down also.
