An Announcer at a racetrack, sitting on an observations platform 100 feet above the track, spots a horse running on the track. The announcer has to look at an angle of depression of 4 degrees. Some time later during the race (28.6 seconds to be exact) he spots the same horse. THis time he has to look at an angle of depression of 48 degrees. How does the speed of the horse compare to that of the horse who set the record for the 1.25 mile Kentucky Derby at 1 minute, 59 seconds?

A. Faster by 5.86MPH
B. Slower by 3.49 MPH
C. Slower by 5.86MPH
