Hi,

I am having problems with this question Which of these choices represents one possible corresponding mRNA sequence that can be transcribed from the following DNA template?

5 - CTGTATCCTAGCACCCAAATCGCATTAGG AC - 3

The answer is 5 - AUG CGA UUU GGG UGC UAG - 3

I have tried translating but I am not getting this answer. How do I translate?

It's just flipped around.
5 - AUG CGA UUU GGG UGC UAG - 3

the strands are flipped. start from the 3' side, third amino acid (set of 3, 7th letter from the end).
T pairs with A, A pairs with U, C pairs with G, and G pairs with C.
