I cannot believe that Laser weapon is arrived under USD 100, which can reach temperature 160 degree, and should be forbidden on market and I would like to know on how so much energy are generated using 2 x AA battery.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I believe the military is already working on a laser-based weapons. The idea came out prior to the 50s. I believe Nikola Tesla was the first to conceptually come up with a prototype.

As the video demonstrates, the heating process is slow, so using this as a weapon wouldn't work. However, laser cauterization like this is used in the medical field already:
Biology - The only science where multiplication and division mean the same thing.
