After I plotted the graph, the graph is a curve on the 1st quadrant which cuts neither the x or y axis.In this case, what are the steps and formulas to calculate the initial rate of the enzyme reaction? Thanks.

Measure the gradient of the curve at different times.
Then plot a second graph of time (x-axis) vs the calculated rates (y-axis) and you should get a straight line. Extrapolate the line to the y-axis where x = 0. This is your initial rate.
