I thought it was 0.2-microns, but 0.45 is also used.

4. Dry-heat sterilization is more effective than wet-heat sterilization.

5. Thermal death point is the lowest temperature that will kill 90% of microbes in a particular liquid suspension in 10 min.

Shouldn't it be ALL?
