Hi guys!

Today I read that the human body can't assimilate proteins, lipids and carbohydrates, only simple sugars. Those affirmations sounds to me like pseukoscience. Here are my questions:

1.All the knowledge that is support by science has a strong evidence behind. I've tried to search the evidence that supports glucolysis and I am comfused about it. I don't know how discovered it and any experiment that prove the exitence of this pathway. Where should I search? Could you help me finding scientist studies that shows the existence of glycolysis?

2.What is the history of the glycolysis enzymes? How were discovered and who discovere them? Also, I need studies about the existence and fuctions of these enzymes.

3. How could I refute tehes hyphotesis?
THANKS!

Glycolysis is a 9 step process that requires several enzymes to function. Its discovery didn't happen all at once, that's probably why you can't find an underlying study that discusses it in detail like your textbook does. Like all scientific studies, knowledge is built step-by-step, and often times not in the order that it appears in nature. I suggest you use our free PubMed search to continue your search:
