What are the differences in prokaryotes and eukaryotes?

I'm trying to solve this problem in MasteringMicrobiology. I am pretty sure the incorrect answer is "nuclear envelope compartmentalizes the chromosomes" in the "eukaryotes" bin. I don't know whether to put in in the "prokaryotes" bin or in "both prokaryotes and eukaryotes" bin. Please help!

I don't think eukaryotes have single circular DNA , it is only present in prokaryotes. Eukaryotes have linear DNA. (What you have done in your answer)

Prokaryotes have a circular double helix DNA so called nucloid. So I agree above reply.
