I'm studying biochemistry. It's about Fructose 1 Phosphate( F1P) . Deficiency of aldose B cause the accumulation of F1P and this accumulation has downstream effects on gluconeogenesis and regeneration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). That's an isoenzyme that generates F1P, similar to the fructose 1,6-bisphosphate aldolase enzyme.

Aldolase B catalyzes the reversible cleavage of fructose 1-phosphate into dihydroxyacetone phosphate and glyceraldehyde.
