In my general biology class I am working on an assignment, I'm tasked with various things such as research on the phylum, derived characteristics, and characteristics of the species in that phylum in general. I'm also supposed to create a phylogenetic tree based on each species with an adaptive structural feature?

So, could someone please help me create this phylogenetic tree and/or how I would do so?

The species I have are Purple Ivy (Anthophyta), American House Spider(Arthropoda), Yeast (You get it), white mushroom, Sidewalk Moss, Human Hair, Pine tree, Sand Dollar, Ginkgo Biloba, Swordfern, Ground Pine, and Nori (Red Algae).
