If this is in the wrong place please move it.
19 year old female college athlete visit the campus health clinic for mandatory sports physical.
Color of urine is yellow and its clear.  The SG is 1.020, pH 7, trace blood and protein rest of dipstick is neg.  The microscopic exam shows 50-100 rbc, 25-50 wbc and there is clumping,a few uric acid crystal.  She has a few renal tubular and squamous epithelial cells.
Added note the sediment has a pH of 5 while the urine has a pH of 7.  

I need to explain the results but I don't understand the results.

Nope, it was one of the first website I went to before posting on here.  I was told I need to look at why the sediment has a pH of 5 while the urine has a pH of 7 to figure this out.

Actually no, we haven't but it was sort a trick question.  Urine should only have one pH not two.  So the answer is that its possible that her sample was contaminated with another urine sample.
