Referring to following video, I would like to know on what difference is on ATP synthase among glycogen, fat and protein as main source. How do our body feel differently from different energy sources to generate ATP energy?
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions :>

Good question. ATP synthase does not discriminate between molecules when it comes to energy production. All those molecules you mentioned get broken down eventually into glucose, where it is feed through the citric acid cycle, and subsequently, through oxidative phosphorylation in the mitochondria, and concentration gradient of hydrogen ions is built up in the intermembrane space than propels the enzyme.
