How do you write a balanced chemical equation for the reaction of chloroacetic acid with aqueous NaOH solution?

Does anybody know?  Please help

First, chloroacetic acid is  Cl-CH3-COOH.  The effect of the chlorine is to make the acid a bit stronger.  Other than that, the reaction that ensues is analogous to that of acetic acid with NaOH; the chlorine "goes along for the ride" in the final cation chloroacetate.
