Is Water-soluble dietary fiber able to take into the bloodstream? such as Oats
Is Non-water-soluble dietary fiber not able to take into the bloodstream? such as Whole wheat bran cereals

Neither can, since fiber is made up of cellulose and cellulose is a long chain of glucose that cannot be broken down by our bodies

On the other words, Is Water-soluble dietary fiber small enough to pass through the surface of intestine and get into our bloodstream? I don't mean that a long chain of glucose is broken down.
Is Non-water-soluble dietary fiber too big to pass through the surface of intestine and get into our bloodstream?

Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks, to everyone very much for any suggestions :>

I'll stick with my initial assumption that no fiber is taken up by our intestines simply due to its chemical make-up
