Which part of sardine contains high purine?

All "meaty" parts.

Do all fish contain high purine on their meats? or just sardine?

Why the need for a high purine diet?

I would like to change my diet with rich calcium and omega 3, but don't like to take any pills, so I find small fish is rich of both elements, but someone told me that head and visceral contain high levels of purine, so I want to know and avoid those area.

Dry small fish taste good and rich on nutrition., if I select other kind of fish instead of sardines, would it be better? please see following image as sample.

Dry Small Fish is rich of calcium and omega 3 ...

The best choice is red fish, like Salmon, but of course it's more expensive!
