You are at a local park when a family at the pavilion begins to yell and scream for help. You run over and see a man in his mid-forties lying in a puddle of water next to the electric cooler. A family member indicates that the man went to plug in the cooler when a loud pop was heard and a large spark was seen. The man is not moving. You note a burn to the hand with the cord in it and burns to both bare feet.
1.What would be your immediate action?
2.If the victim is pulseless and not breathing, how would you proceed?
