As you are driving to work, you come across a car accident. You find one person outside of his crashed vehicle, on the ground, leaning against the back bumper. He is bleeding firm the head and says his knee hurts. You notice a strong smell of gasoline. Looking under the vehicle, you see a growing pool of what you believe to be gasoline.
