How can I calcuate if differences is certain values are significative. If the numbers are ...

I am a bit confused on how to solve a problem in statistics. I did several calculations. Now i want to compare if the results of those calculations differ significative from my result of the calculation base. None of my values are means.
My first value for example is 0.239, then I want to see which of my next values (example: .045, 0.098, 0.189.... ) has a significative difference.
Any suggestions?
