A patient complains of fever, pain on one side of the body, and fatigue. The clinician notices that the skin is red, but the rash is not spotty.  The patient reports some painful urination for a few days during the previous week.  The test for urinalysis reveals the presence a motile gram-negative bacilli.
(a) What is the patient most likely suffering from?
(b)  How can you confirm this further?
(c) What would be the best treatment plan for this patient?
