A 2-Mb segment of the genome has 49% GC-content and an average recombination frequency of 2.8 cM/Mb. Describe it's likely content (high or low) of genes and Alu elements, it's G-banding characteristics, and it's likely position on a chromosome arm.

I don't know if I'm missing something obvious or not, but would greatly appreciate help with understanding and working this question out!
