Bulk transport requires ATP, so we know it is not a) osmosis or d) simple diffusion. Primary active transport uses ATPases, or transmembrane pumps, that directly pump ions, etc. directly across the cell membrane. Bulk transport forms vesicle from either extending psuedopods of the phospholipid bilayer membrane to engulf particles (phagocytosis) or invaginating the membrane to import materials into the cell (endocytosis).

Pinocytosis is a form of endocytosis, so c) is the correct answer.
