Hope you guys here won't find my questions strange...

1) What are the reagents and steps needed to extract enzymes from the human body - like enzymes in saliva for instance?
2) Are there enzymes in human DNA? If so, how can they be extracted?

So, depending on the enzyme, there is a specific reagent or chemical to use in extracting it?

Yeah, like some enzymes are isolated by various methods such as centrifugation, for example.

I would like to ask:
1) Does the telomerase enzyme really exist?
2) And if it does, what are the chemicals and steps needed to do it?
