Regulatory proteins.

Regulatory proteins are the proteins that control gene expression. The others are not.

DNA ligase stitches together broken DNA strands; RNA transcriptase is another word for RNA polymerase- it makes RNA from DNA. Intron segments are simply segments of DNA that do not code for proteins... and finally, nucleosome packing is the packaging of DNA into chromosomes.
