I don't understand how to do this. I need help with this please....

Activity 1
1. Which patients would be considered positive for Chlamydia?
2. Are we testing for the presence of anitgen or antibody in the patient samples?
3. Did the controls give the expected results. Explain your answer
4. Describe the siginificance of the washing steps.

Yes. There's actually two parts. 35A is the Lymphatic System and Immune Response and 35B is Serological Testing.  I'm actually working on 35B.
