The topic of stem cells has always been a controversial one. In this article a research breakthrough in regards to manufacturing large amounts of stem cells is discovered via adult endothelial cells. These cells have a growth factors that promotes creation of mass stem cells.

This breakthrough could lead to discovering huge medicinal applications such as bone marrow transplants. In this study, the researchers also discovered that endothelial cells not only could expand stem cells, but also instruct stem cells to generate mature differentiated progeny that could form immune cells, platelets, and red and white blood cells

It sounds like a very good idea. Even though stem cell research is a big controversy, it does have a lot of advantages. For example, it provides lots of medical benefits for regenerative medicine and cloning. It gives an opportunity to explore more in the field of cell development and human growth.

In terms of endothelial cells, there is a type of vascular endothelial cell in heart that makes it function well. Once this cell gets damaged, stem cells can used to replace these type of endothelial cells to make cardiac functions to work efficiently.

Therefore I do agree with stem cells research despite of the controversies. fabulous as you say!

I also think that this is a great idea! It will definitely be a huge push forward in the medicinal field once more research goes into this. There will be lots of controversies about this once it gets more popular and the scientists and doctors are going to have to work hard to show its advantages to the public, of course this is easier said than done.
