larynx: voice box;
epiglottis: covers opening to larynx while swallowing;
nose: filter air, moisten air, warms air;
trachea: air flow to lungs;
alveoli: gas exchange;
lungs: bring oxygen to the body and remove carbon dioxide;
bronchioles: controls air through lungs;
pharynx: pathway for food and water;
bronchi: passageway into lungs
