1,2,3 -- Diabetes and hyperlipidemia are both disease conditions that contribute to coronary heart disease (CHD). Positive family history in some cases is considered a nonmodifiable risk factor for CHD. Women experiencing premature menopause (not premenopausal women) is also a condition to be evaluated. Hypotension is not associated with development of CHD.
