Can someone help me with Isotonic Contraction - Physioex 9.0 the question is noted below

Question 16.  In activity 9, which weight resulted in the highest initial velocity of shortening?

Isometric Contraction

Question 15.  Explain what is happening in the sarcomere that results in the changes in total force when the muscle length changes.

Changes in the resting length of the sarcomere directly affect the amount of passive, active and total force that results as described by the length-tension relationship.
