I need help answering question number 10. I have spent hours trying to put what nursing action to take from first action to last action. Can some one assist me on this??? Here is the question.

Kathy's angina remains stables, and she undergoes a hysterectomy for dysmenirrhea related to uterine fibroids. the day after beign discharge from the hospital, Kathy comes to the ER with crushing substernal chest pain radiating down her left arm. She is dyspneic, pale and diaphoretic. The PN and RN work together to implement care.
The PN is assigned to communicate information as needed while the RN starts Kathy's IV.
Place the nursing action in order from first action to last;
This was my order;

1. Ensure that there is an open airway and that the client is breathing.
2. Administer oxygen.
3. Obtain a 12 lead ECG and chest x-ray.
4. Obtain the client's blood pressure.
5. Assist with insertion of an IV with 0.9% normal saline.
6. Obtain a blood specimen for cardiac enzyme

Please help put in order.  Thank you in advance. Any help is helpful. Slight Smile
